1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund—no questions asked.

2. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

The item must be in original condition (no physical damage)

Must be returned in original packaging 

Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Note: We reserve the right to deny refunds if the product shows signs of misuse or excessive wear.

3. How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet: First, check your bank account Then contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted)If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@youthbeam.com

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.

9. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on used items that are not in original condition—unless they are defective.
